Welcome to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the "Home Base" for US Airways. Sky Harbor had over 41,000,000
passengers pass though it in 2006 making it the 9th busiest airport in the United States, 18th busiest worldwide. Daily over
1,400 aircraft arrive and depart the airport carrying over 108,000 passengers with them. In fact there were over 555,000 aircraft
operations at Sky Harbor in 2006. Being located only 3 miles from the central business district makes Sky Harbor a pivotal point for a
lot of area businesses, as well. This is reflected by the more than 285,000 tons of cargo that was transferred through Sky Harbor in 2006.
The Phoenix hub is home to nearly 100 US Airways Virtual Airlines pilots. Our pilots take a great deal of pride in doing
their parts to keep things running smoothly at Phoenix Sky Harbor International and we invite you to join them. Be sure to also
